New Milford Summer

Recreation Program 2022

The camp will be open daily Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from

9am to 12:30pm, June 27th through July 29th. We are closed on July 1st and 4th due

to the schools being closed for the Holiday.

The program will be open RAIN OR SHINE.

The Summer Program includes a wide variety of activities, arts and crafts,

games, and fun-filled days. Off-site trips are also offered for a fee. Please consult

the attached calendar, which lists trips and special events.

Payment for all trips MUST be made in advance by Thursday, June 30th.

Please do NOT mail payment ahead of time. Payment should be brought with your

child the first week of camp. Failure to make payment for all trips by June 30th will

mean that your child(ren) will not be permitted to attend the trip. Due to the large

number of children involved and scheduling difficulties, no exceptions can be made.

All trips are scheduled rain or shine. Each child will receive a t-shirt during the

second week of camp, it MUST be worn on all trips.

There will be no recreation on site when there is a scheduled field trip.

Camp does not open until 9am, so please do not drop children off early, as there

will be no supervision until 9am.

Please provide your child with a daily snack.

If your child will be walking home from camp, please indicate so on the application

form. If your child walks home and is leaving camp early on a particular day, please

provide him or her with a note for the site manager.

Please remember to protect your child with sunscreen daily, since this

is an outdoor program.
